What is your product offering?
Our product features a unique collection of wearable art. Our team of professional artists creates each piece of art as a one-of-a-kind creation. You can view a vast gallery of our previous works by clicking HERE. Our artwork ranges from intricate designs to simple patterns and everything in between.
Can I cancel or refund my order?
Keep in mind that all orders are made entirely by hand and cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started. However, we may cancel a transaction if we have not yet started production and are notified within 72 hours of purchase. Cancelling will incur a cancellation fee.
How long does the production process take?
The production process can take anywhere from two weeks to a month, depending on the design and details of the artwork. Once your order is complete and ready for shipping, we will send you tracking details via email.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes 5-7 days, depending on your location.
Do you accept returns for exchanges?
Yes, we accept returns for exchanges in case the item was damaged or incorrect. Contact us within 2 days of delivery and return items back within 10 days of delivery. Keep in mind that the clients are to cover the expense of the return shipment.
